Terms of the Giveaway
- Customer Status: To be eligible, the customer must be in "Good Standing" at the time of the drawing.
- "Good Standing" Defined: All accounts are current with no outstanding or past-due balances at the time of the drawing.
- Repair Eligibility: "Repair Advantage" entries apply to labor and parts for equipment repairs (pumps, motors, salt systems, leaks, etc.) performed and paid in full. Routine maintenance does not count.
- Announcement: The official drawing date will be announced one month prior to December.
- Prize Value: The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. The "free month" applies to the winner's current standard monthly service rate only.
- Communication Consent: By participating, you agree to receive SMS updates regarding the giveaway and your service. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP.
